If you have not set your account password yet, enter your USERNAME (this is your account number), then click New Password Set Up or Forgot/Reset Password for prompts. The password link will be sent to the main email address we have on file for your account; this email address will be made visible to you.
If you have already set your account password but have not yet done so since the unique identifier was switched from Email Address to Account Number, enter your USERNAME (this is your account number), then click New Password Set Up or Forgot/Reset Password for prompts. The password link will be sent to the main email address we have on file for your account; this email address will be made visible to you.
Once you have created your new password, you will be able to log in to your account dashboard as usual.
Dealers with multiple accounts/numbers will need to set up a password for each account number following the same instructions.
